As a member of our team, you’ll work with a suite of cutting-edge applications—including BL4SEA, BLISEA, BLSTORM, and BL-VDOC—with several more systems currently in development.
We’re seeking a candidate with deep expertise in Dynamic Positioning, Annual DP Trials, and FMEA processes, along with hands-on experience in the testing and verification of vessels and offshore units.

Qualifications
Engineers
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marine, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
3+ years’ experience in offshore systems or vessel automation
Familiarity with DP systems, FMEA processes, and maritime regulations (DNV, IMO)
Proficient in CAD and simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, Simulink)
Electro-Technical Officers (ETO)
STCW III/6 certification or equivalent
Hands-on experience with high-voltage systems, PLCs, and vessel instrumentation
Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical/electronic systems
Knowledge of class requirements and offshore maintenance protocols
Technical Experts
Proven expertise in offshore operations, vessel assurance, or marine systems integration
IMCA or OCIMF familiarity preferred
Experience in DP trials, audits, or technical due diligence
Skilled in interpreting technical documentation and leading client engagements
Master Mariners
STCW II/2 Master Unlimited license
IMCA accreditation or demonstrable eligibility
Experience in DP operations, offshore construction, or vessel commissioning
Strong leadership and communication skills in multicultural environments
DP FMEA Trials & Assurance Practitioners
Deep understanding of DP systems and redundancy principles
Experience conducting DP FMEA trials, proving trials, and assurance audits
Familiarity with IMCA M 166, M 190, M 220, and M 223 guidelines
Ability to produce high-quality technical reports and risk assessment
