As trainee you will get training within, FMEA, digital platforms, applications and vessels technical installations. We will train you become a DP FMEA Trials & Assurance Practitioner and specialist within Dynamic Positioning systems.

Qualifications

  • Willing to learn new software, applications and technologies

  • Education within electro on a MSc/BSc level

  • (Knowledge in hydraulics is an advantage)

  • Excellent communication and cooperative skills

  • Capable to write and read English on a higher level

  • Independence and a solution-oriented mindset

  • Positive attitude, high capacity for work, and a commitment to delivering results

  • Neat, social, flexible, and dedicated disposition

  • Good knowledge in use of Microsoft products

Responsibilities

  • Learning and Training: Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training wherever possible.

  • Participation: Actively participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.

  • Assisting in Projects: Assisting in the execution of various projects and initiatives.

  • Research and Analysis: Conducting research and analysis to support departmental objectives.

  • Task Completion: Completing assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Training Sessions: Attending training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.

  • Reporting: Taking notes on experiences, keeping a log of things learned, compiling reports, and making presentations to other staff members.

  • Supporting Managers: Understanding how the company operates, supporting managers with various tasks (e.g., policy making, goal setting)
