As trainee you will get training within, FMEA, digital platforms, applications and vessels technical installations. We will train you become a DP FMEA Trials & Assurance Practitioner and specialist within Dynamic Positioning systems.

Qualifications

Willing to learn new software, applications and technologies

Education within electro on a MSc/BSc level

(Knowledge in hydraulics is an advantage)

Excellent communication and cooperative skills

Capable to write and read English on a higher level

Independence and a solution-oriented mindset

Positive attitude, high capacity for work, and a commitment to delivering results

Neat, social, flexible, and dedicated disposition

Good knowledge in use of Microsoft products
Responsibilities

Learning and Training: Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training wherever possible.

Participation: Actively participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.

Assisting in Projects: Assisting in the execution of various projects and initiatives.

Research and Analysis: Conducting research and analysis to support departmental objectives.

Task Completion: Completing assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Training Sessions: Attending training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.

Reporting: Taking notes on experiences, keeping a log of things learned, compiling reports, and making presentations to other staff members.

Supporting Managers: Understanding how the company operates, supporting managers with various tasks (e.g., policy making, goal setting)
