What you’ll do
Engineer and deliver digital solutions for offshore and marine projects
Design and improve workflows, data structures, and integrations
Configure, verify, and document deliveries in BL4SEA, BLISEA, BLSTORM, BL-VDOC
Collaborate closely with clients and internal experts from concept to delivery

What we’re looking for
New graduate or experienced engineer
Practical, solution-oriented problem solver with good engineering judgement
Collaborative team player with clear communication
Ability to work systematically with large and complex documentation, with strong attention to quality and detail
Microsoft 365/SharePoint experience (Copilot is a plus)
An individual who can work independently and act as a team builder
Nice to have
Bachelor/Master thesis with relevant topic for maritime, energy, wind, or offshore projects or experience from maritime, energy, wind, or offshore projects
System configuration or verification experience in BL4SEA, BLISEA, BLSTORM, BL-VDOC
Automation mindset: scripting, templates, or process improvements
What you’ll work on
Engineering and design for offshore/maritime assets
Sizing, simulation and verification of concepts
Integration across structural, electrical and automation deliverables
Documentation and engineering packages aligned with industry standards
MSc Engineers
Must have
Master of Science in Engineering
Good understanding of relevant codes and standards (e.g. DNV, ISO, IEC)
Analytical mindset and structured engineering approach
Proficiency in relevant engineering/analysis tools
Microsoft tools (Copilot, SharePoint, M365 apps)
Strong English skills (Level C1)
Nice to have
Experience from offshore, energy, wind or maritime projects
CAD/simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB/Simulink)
Automation / Electrical Engineers
Must Have
Higher vocational education, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience with electrical control systems
Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and work independently
Microsoft tools (Copilot, SharePoint, M365 apps) — as above
Strong English skills (Level C1)
Nice to Have
Understanding of industrial/offshore automation standards and best practices
CAD/simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB/Simulink)
